ZilaStar provides professional ICT solutions for businesses under the following terms and conditions.
These terms govern the IT Support & Endpoint Management services provided by ZilaStar – ICT Solutions (“ZilaStar”) to its customers (“Customer”).
1.1 ZilaStar provides IT support and endpoint management services including device setup, configuration, monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting, and user assistance for desktops, laptops, printers, and related peripherals.
1.2 The exact scope of services, response time, coverage hours, and supported devices shall be defined in a service agreement, quotation, or support plan agreed upon by both parties.
2.1 Warranty coverage applies only to new devices supplied and configured by ZilaStar, subject to manufacturer warranty terms.
2.2 ZilaStar does not provide warranty for used, refurbished, or customer-owned devices unless explicitly stated in writing.
2.3 ZilaStar is not responsible for hardware failure due to age, misuse, power issues, liquid damage, or unauthorized modifications.
3.1 The Customer is responsible for:
Providing accurate system information
Ensuring proper use of equipment
Maintaining valid software licenses
Allowing reasonable access for support and maintenance
3.2 Regular data backup remains the Customer’s responsibility unless backup services are explicitly included in the service agreement.
4.1 ZilaStar will apply reasonable security measures, system updates, and patches as part of proactive maintenance.
4.2 ZilaStar is not liable for security incidents caused by malware, phishing, third-party software vulnerabilities, or user negligence.
4.3 No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and the Customer acknowledges this risk.
5.1 ZilaStar is not responsible for:
Data loss not caused directly by ZilaStar’s actions
Failures of third-party software or services
Internet service provider (ISP) outages
Force majeure events such as natural disasters or power failures
5.2 Remote support may be used where possible. On-site support may incur additional charges if not included in the service agreement.
6.1 Support response times and service hours are based on the selected support plan and availability.
6.2 Urgent or after-hours support may be subject to additional fees.
7.1 Service fees, billing cycles, and payment terms will be stated in the agreed quotation or contract.
7.2 Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
8.1 ZilaStar shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business operations.
8.2 ZilaStar’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the service fees paid by the Customer for the affected service period.
9.1 ZilaStar reserves the right to modify service methods or tools to improve performance and security.
9.2 Either party may terminate the service in accordance with the notice period specified in the service agreement.
These terms govern the Networking Service and System Integration services provided by ZilaStar – ICT Solutions (“ZilaStar”) to its customers (“Customer”).
1.1 ZilaStar provides networking and system integration services including network design, installation, configuration, testing, optimization, and maintenance of routers, switches, wireless access points, servers, firewalls, CCTV, access control systems, PABX, and related infrastructure.
1.2 The specific scope of work, project timeline, deliverables, and service fees shall be defined in a written proposal, quotation, or service agreement approved by the Customer.
2.1 Networking and system integration services are provided on a project or contract basis.
2.2 Any additional requirements, changes in scope, or modifications requested by the Customer after project approval may result in revised timelines and additional charges.
3.1 Hardware, software, and third-party products supplied by ZilaStar are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty and licensing terms.
3.2 ZilaStar is not responsible for product defects, discontinued models, firmware limitations, or supplier delays beyond its control.
3.3 Equipment supplied by the Customer is installed and integrated at the Customer’s risk unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.1 ZilaStar implements industry best practices for network security and system integration.
4.2 No network or system can be guaranteed to be fully secure or free from failures. ZilaStar is not liable for security breaches, cyberattacks, or performance issues caused by external threats, third-party services, or customer negligence.
4.3 The Customer is responsible for enforcing internal security policies, user access control, and acceptable usage practices.
5.1 The Customer shall:
Provide accurate technical and operational requirements
Ensure timely access to premises and systems
Assign a point of contact for project coordination
Maintain appropriate power, cooling, and physical security
5.2 Delays caused by the Customer may affect project timelines and costs.
6.1 Upon completion, ZilaStar will perform functional testing according to the agreed scope.
6.2 The Customer must review and accept the completed work within a reasonable period. Any issues must be reported promptly.
7.1 Ongoing maintenance and support are not included unless specified in a separate maintenance or support agreement.
7.2 Emergency or after-hours support may be subject to additional fees.
8.1 Payment terms, milestones, and schedules will be stated in the project quotation or contract.
8.2 Failure to make payments on time may result in project suspension or service termination.
9.1 ZilaStar shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business, revenue, or data.
9.2 ZilaStar’s total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Customer for the specific project or service.
ZilaStar shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, power outages, pandemics, or government restrictions.
If the Customer chooses to migrate Business Email services from ZilaStar to another service provider:
The Customer may back up all email data prior to migration.
Full control of the domain name will be returned to the Customer.
Email system configurations, automation rules, and integrations developed by ZilaStar remain the intellectual property of ZilaStar and will not be transferred unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If the Customer chooses to migrate their website or digital platform from ZilaStar:
The Customer may back up all website data before migration.
Full control of the domain name will be returned to the Customer.
Web designs, source code, and systems developed by ZilaStar will not be provided.
1.1 The Trade Web Application is an online platform that allows users to post listings and sell materials or products.
1.2 ZilaStar acts solely as a platform provider and does not participate in transactions between buyers and sellers.
2.1 Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or posting listings.
2.2 Users are responsible for all activities conducted under their accounts.
3.1 Users may post products or materials for sale without any service charges.
3.2 The following are strictly prohibited:
Illegal goods or services
Stolen, counterfeit, or restricted items
Fraudulent, misleading, or false information
Offensive, abusive, or inappropriate content
3.3 ZilaStar reserves the full right to review, edit, reject, or remove any post that violates these terms or applicable laws, without prior notice.
4.1 Users are solely responsible for:
The legality of items posted
Accuracy of descriptions, pricing, and images
Communication with buyers or sellers
Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
4.2 ZilaStar is not responsible for disputes, losses, or damages arising from transactions between users.
5.1 ZilaStar does not handle payments, deliveries, or refunds unless explicitly stated.
5.2 All transaction terms, including payment methods and delivery arrangements, are solely between buyers and sellers.
Users agree not to:
Use the platform for illegal activities
Attempt to disrupt or damage the system
Upload malware, spam, or harmful content
Impersonate another person or entity
7.1 ZilaStar reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice.
7.2 ZilaStar may remove any content or listings that are deemed illegal, inappropriate, or harmful.
8.1 The Trade Web Application, including its design, structure, and system code, is the intellectual property of ZilaStar.
8.2 Users may not copy, modify, or redistribute platform content without permission.
9.1 ZilaStar shall not be liable for:
User disputes
Financial loss or damages
Fraud or misrepresentation by users
Data loss or service interruption
9.2 Use of the Trade Web Application is at the User’s own risk.
10.1 ZilaStar strives to keep the platform available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
10.2 ZilaStar may suspend the service for maintenance, security updates, or events beyond reasonable control.
ZilaStar reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
